The hourly price is £30 (incl. VAT) for ad-hoc services or continuous support. I track my time with specific software and round up to the nearest 15 minutes, of which you will see a breakdown in the invoice.
Retainer packages are set number of hours that you pay for on a monthly basis. They are paid in advance and they guarantee you have the number of hours needed for the month ( the hours do not carry over from month to month). You can choose from the below:
